Hola! I am currently an Astrophysics PhD student at SISSA, in Trieste. I moved to Italy after obtaining my bachelor's degree in Physics by the UNAM in Mexico, back in 2010. My thesis work on theoretical astrophysics was developed under the supervision of Sergio Mendoza at the Instituto de Astronomia, UNAM. Since then, my interests have evolved into more-to-the-ground areas. Currently, my interests focus on computational astrophysics, particularly the simulation of accretion flows around AGN and mechanisms by which AGN activity can be triggered. I started working on these topics since 2011 under the supervision of Monica Colpi and Riccardo Valdarnini.
The page is still under construction. I will update it with my research as soon as possible.
