Curriculum Vitae
|
I recently finished my Ph.D. in Functional and Structural Genomics, Sector of Statistical and Biological Physics of SISSA, under the supervision of Claudio Altafini.
Research interests
My research interests concern systems biology (reverse engineering of gene regulatory networks, chemical reaction network theory, dynamical models) and bioinformatics (analysis of microarray data, pathway databases).
