Accommodation and travel:

The Workshop will take place on September 14th to 18th, 2009 at the Maresias Beach Hotel, in Maresias, Brazil.

Participants are suggested to contact the hotel (via email info@maresiashotel.com.br, see link above) and make their own reservations, mentioning that they will take part in WAGP09, organized by the University of Campinas.

How to arrive: the local organizers have arranged bus transportation from Guarulhos International Airport in São Paulo to the hotel in Maresias. The bus will leave the Lorena Flat hotel in São Paulo at 9 am and go to the Guarulhos International Airport. It will wait for participants at the Terminal I, and will leave for Maresias at 10:30 am. The meeting point is in front of the ticketing agencies that sell bus rides to downtown São Paulo; this is outside the terminal, to the left of the exit. Those interested in taking this bus should send their passport number to  jardim@ime.unicamp.br as soon as possible.

Alternatively, one can take a bus at Guarulhos International Airport  to the Tiete bus terminal in Sao Paulo, and from there take another bus to the town of São Sebastião. This stops  right in front of the  hotel; you should make sure to ask the driver to make a stop in  Maresias. This bus from Tiete Terminal to Maresias has 6 daily departures.
