- Giovanni Noselli is the recipient of the 2015 AIMETA Junior Prize for Structural Mechanics.
He has received the prize at the 22nd AIMETA Conference
held on September 14-17, 2015 in Genova, where he
has delivered a plenary lecture. Congratulations to Giovanni!
- Antonio DeSimone elected Euromech Fellow. The ceremony has taken place at the 9th European Solid Mechanics Conference in
Madrid, 6-10 July 2015.
- A warm welome to two new members of the MathLab group: Virginia Agostiniani (from Oxford), and Alessandro Lucantonio
(from Rome).
- Luca Giomi has started on his new appointment as a Tenure-track professor in Leiden.

- Andrea Manzoni is one of the winners of the ECCOMAS Award for the two Best PhD Theses of 2012.
