From the Airport of Bologna "G. Marconi": An alternative to the taxi (approximate cost 20-25 Eu), is to use public transportation.

Aerobus+Bus: Take Aerobus at arrival level in the airport and stop at the Railway station. Then follow the above instructions.
Aerobus+walk: If you have light luggage or don't mind a 10 minutes walk, take Aerobus and ask for the bus stop in Via Ugo Bassi. Then walk along via Ugo Bassi leaving the towers at your back. At the end of Via Ugo Bassi, turn to your left to Piazza Malpighi. Go along the square and take Via Nosadella. At the end of Via Nosadella turn left to Via Saragozza. Alternatively, if you walk along Via Ugo Bassi in the direction of the towers, at the other end of Via Ugo Bassi, turn right to Piazza Maggiore (=Main Square), then continue along Via D'Azeglio. At the end of the pedestrian area turn to the right (Via Carbonesi) and then take Via Collegio di Spagna (second to your left). At the end of such street you are in Via Saragozza. Cross the street. No. 8 is under the arcades to your right.

From the Railway station:

By Bus: Take Bus n. 33 (every 11 minutes) at the bus stop on the square of the railway station and ask for the bus stop Porta Sant'Isaia; then cross the boulevards, take Via Sant'Isaia and after 150 meters turn left to via Calari. After 100 meter you should arrive to via Santa Croce..
On foot: Cross P.zza Medaglie D'oro, follow the boulevard to your right and turn left to Via Giovanni Amendola, cross P.zza dei Martiri and take via Marconi. After 300 meters you reach the cross with Via Riva Reno. Turn right, walk along Via Riva Reno and continue along via della Grada, then turn left to Via Santa Croce.

Aerobus+bis:Take Aerobus at arrival level in the airport to the Railway station. Then follow the above instructions. You buy the aerobus ticket on the bus (8 Eu)
Aerobus+walk: If you have light luggage or don't mind a 5 minutes walk, take Aerobus and ask for the bus stop in Via Ugo Bassi. Then walk along via Ugo Bassi to the end, leaving the towers at your back. Cross the square and take Via del Pratello (pedestrian area) and then turn right to Via Santa Croce.

From CIRAM: Take via Saragozza at your left, then turn right to via Nosadella. At the end of Via Nosadella turn left to Via Sant'Isaia. After 500 meters turn right to via Calari. After 100 meter you should arrive to via Santa Croce.
