About Me
I am Kiran Thengil, a passionate researcher currently pursuing my post-doctoral research at SISSA, Italy, specializing in quantum annealing and QAOA methods. I explored innovative methods for achieving shortcut to adiabaticity in quantum systems for doctoral research work under the guidance of Dr. M. Ponmurugan at the Central University of Tamil Nadu. I have presented my research at international conferences and authored publications in esteemed journals. My expertise spans across programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, and IBM Qiskit Pulse, essential for theoretical simulations and experimental validations. Dedicated to advancing quantum technologies, my current focus is on generalizing and incorporating the shortcut methods to QAOA, aiming to enhance the efficiency and reliability of quantum speed ups.
